Job Description

- Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Analyzing the requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives- Submission of business proposal & closure of the deal- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Co.Services.- When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.- Attending Enquiry calls- Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls- Calling the clients and ask for their requirements.- Co-ordinating the execution of the training feedback and related activities.Account Management:- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.- Identifying new clients and managing interaction over the phone and introducing our company.- Updating the existing clients with upcoming new offerings.- Consultation with existing clients to meet their specific needs and requirements.- Developing extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of new offerings.- Organizing marketing activities in your accounts.- Maintaining customer relationship by conducting various activities such as sending greetings and mailers on festive occasionsIdeal Candidate:- BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)- Strong verbal and written communications skills.- Decent Cloud Solutions orientation (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google cloud computing)- Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills- Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.- Must be target driven. Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment- Ability of handle work load and work pressure- Willingness to travel- Must have 1+years of B2B sales experience in Cloud / IT Services OR enterprise solution sales experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical companies.- (Experience 1 - Direct Sales / Hunting): Must have hands-on experience in direct sales, including prospecting, client outreach, requirement discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. - (Experience 2 - End-to-End Sales Cycle): Must have independently handled the complete sales cycle, from enquiry to proposal submission and closure.- (Experience 3 - Account Management): Must have experience managing existing client accounts, including renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term relationship management.- Mandatory (Communication Skills): Must have excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and influence clients. Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.- Mandatory (Education Background): Must have a technical or IT-oriented education background -BE / BSc IT / MSc IT is mandatory.
