Job Description

Marketing:

- The major tasks include managing Internal & External branding across all channels, tracking online reputation, developing company & product brochures, planning and designing advertising campaigns, managing copyright, trademarks etc.

- Content creation for profiling company.

- Ensuring consistent brand communication across channels and portals

- Managing social properties like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Posting regular content (news, events, releases, etc), increase engagement and brand interest.

- Daily & real time checking social media for any customer feedback, complaints or comment and getting the same resolved.

- Creating branding guideline document & updating it.

- Ensuring consistency in usage of brand across channels, media properties.

- Auditing and fixing gaps if any on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

- Preparing the \'Yearly Calendar\' for all the marketing activities w.r.t collaterals design and updation

- Preparing the \'Task sheet\' for the Quarter in line with marketing needs

- Designing the various Collaterals Brochures, Posters, Flyers, Banners, Newsletter etc using internal resources or an agency within timelines.

- Creating content for various collaterals through content team & getting it approved by the head.

- Preparing Pitch presentations for Sales Team.

- Identifying, Negotiating and Finalizing the vendor for video production

- Writing/Reviewing script for the Video to be prepared for various product

- Co-ordinating with the Video vendor at various stages like script, voiceover, artist, editing to get the desired video prepared.

- Proof checking and taking the final approval from the head.
