For more information, please visit www.thermofisher.com The Customer Marketing (Corporate) of Thermo Fisher is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Marketing Channels Manager who will be responsible for leading our Corporate\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Marketing execution teams within the Bangalore, India office location. This role will report to the Director, Marketing (Corporate) and will be responsible for delivering on key objectives as stated herein: How will you make an impact?
  • The Digital Marketing Channels Manager possesses a combination of business and technical skills they will apply to successfully demonstrate our advanced digital marketing technology platforms. Specifically, you will be responsible for administrating day-to-to-today management of a team that will drive and implement multi-functional programs.
  • As the Marketing Channels Manager, you will be delivering against Key performance Indicator (KPI), timelines, and dependencies in partnership with key marketing leads, digital marketing managers, product managers, and analysts on the team.
  • You may be asked to implement advertising campaigns demonstrating a suite of Digital Marketing tools and processes while providing excellent delivery.
  • You are able to work with a Global cross-functional team and operate in a direct as well as matrixed fashion with digital marketing partners strategically solving unique and complex requirements.
  • This is a highly collaborative, communicative role that manage internal customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations to support their digital marketing growth needs.
What will you do?
  • Work closely with channel managers to successfully implement roadmap
  • Implement and manage core processes & standards to ensure effective execution
  • Develop success plans and communicate the value
  • Provide analysis to inform improved planning in the future
  • Coordinate onboarding, budgeting, payment, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide platform education, training, and certification up-skilling the organization
  • Troubleshoot, and resolve shared challenges within the Customer Marketing talent hub
  • Support operationalizing new channel capabilities at scale
  • Support management initiatives delivering relevancy to the customer & internal Customer Marketing teams
  • Support reporting and analytics to the team to refine and optimize in-flight programs
Minimum Requirements: Education:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with MBA is preferred.
Experience
  • Proven experience with Email automation, Paid Media, SEO, campaign management and digital Marketing is essential.
  • Experience in leading people is highly desired.
  • Experience in marketing and Analytical tools such as Eloqua or Salesforce or Adobe Analytics or Power BI is desired.
  • Possess a good understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)and measurement framework
  • Have a good understand of contact management (Salesforce)
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of building alignment with multiple teams, strong people management abilities, a proven ability to develop and implement targeted business objectives, a strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, and an extensive understanding of the digital marketing technology landscape.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Diligent with a focus on accuracy.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with the English language.
