Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and
bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and
effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire
project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Broad Role / Responsibilities
Broad role typically entails our resources to adopt problem solving approach to solve important client
problems and extend support in monitoring / managing large projects; involving following
responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 End to end technology management of complex IT projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Review the architecture for business applications and suggest improvements;
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct feasibility assessment and roadmap definition for future state.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide technology expertise for the overall design and implementation of planned systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Design overall architecture for IT system(s) to enable achievement of defined objectives
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluation of all the existing system options as a solution to cater to project requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Appropriate integration of India Enterprise Architecture and India Stack
\xef\x82\xb7 Study and define various integration mechanism of existing solution
\xef\x82\xb7 Assess open-source solutions and technology and recommend adoption in planned systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Design technical requirements for the tender for selection of System Integrator and project
manage the development of IT system
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare the solution architecture
\xef\x82\xb7 Review the architecture for business applications and suggest improvements;
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct technology assessment of current state, and define roadmap for future state.Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Total Experience of 12+ years with 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
(preferably in a large-scale program)
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in application design and development, DevOps, either hands-on or in
management/consulting roles
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of working with Government (Central, State, ULBs) / related agencies is preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of working with Taxation agencies on technology initiatives is preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Have hands-on experience working with major architecture components: business process,
information, and infrastructure, is preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in the field of software development and software project implementation
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in prevalent project methodologies e.g. agile and its estimation
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of new age technology like microservice, DevOps/DevSecOps and API architecture.
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive experience in designing systems and propose innovative solutions
