Getting the design and feasibility signed off from various stakeholders-Operations, Admin & BD. Verifying vendor bills as per site measurements and closing the bills well within the BOQ. Verifying and negotiating the vendor bills as per site measurements and closing the bills well within the BOQ Coordinating with operations team for smooth handover and opening of stores/restaurants. Coordinating with maintenance teams for any project related issues, if any, arise during operations of stores/restaurants. Preparing BOQ for various vendors/teams/contractors aligned for a particular project. Coordinating with various vendors/teams/contractors aligned for various works involved in the project and keeping track of their scope of works to ensure completion of project within the specified timeframe, resolving any issue if any arises during fit out period and ensuring best quality/finishing depending on the type of model. Responsible for completing Projects within TAT & w/0 Snags. Continuously developing & updating the Project related BoQ with latest works, technology and fit-outs.
