• Perform DBA Task , Like SQL Server Installation, Backups, Configure HADR, Clustering and Logshipping
• Performance Tuning
• Audit and Compliance Knowledge of Databases
• Design database solutions using tables, stored procedures, functions, views, and indexes
• Data Transfer from Dev environment to Production and other related environment
• Schema Comparison
• Bulk operations
• Server side coding
• Understanding Normalization, Denormalization, Primary Keys, Foreign Keys and Constraints, Transactions,
• ACID, Indexes as optimization tool,Views
• Working with Database Manager in creating physical tables from logical models
• ETL, Data Migration (using CSV,EXCEL,TXT files),Adhoc Reporting
• Migration of Database from Older Version of SQL Server to New Versions
• Distributed DB's , Remote Server and configuring LinkServers
• Integrating SQL Server with Oracle using Openqueries
