External Customers

• Advise all customers of Government regulatory changes.
• Provide quotations on adhoc basis
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Maintain and support interdepartmental relationships

External Supplies

• Maintain contact and relationship with Government regulatory companies.

Internal
Finance & Controlling Department (FICO)

• Support FICO in bad debt reduction

Other Departments

• Maintain and support interdepartmental relationships

Business Performance & Results

• Achieve financial and productivity targets
• Ensure Department KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are maintained, displayed and achieved
• CDZ Operations
• Ensure all Customs Legislation updates are kept up to date and all staff are aware of changes.
• Cash accounts collected before delivery.
• Periodic structured review with customer
• Detention and demurrage management.

Occupational Health & Safety

• Ensuring direct reports understand and actively comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s occupational health & safety rules.
• Ensuring the maintenance of a healthy and safe workplace.

Company policies and procedures

• Ensuring new employees complete the induction program covering awareness of key company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring direct report\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with company policies and procedures within the workplace.
• Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
• Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• Conduct performance appraisal.
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
• Demonstrates structured, efficient work processes and methods.
• Uses sound judgment, manages risk and anticipates impact on overall business.
• Accomplishes own tasks whilst in support of corporate goals.
