Job Description


- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team at Hoi .The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with airport concessionaires (clients) while contributing to the growth and expansion of our business. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively, resolve customer grievances, and drive client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :1. Airport Concessionaire Relationship Management : Collaborate closely with airport concessionaires to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from airport concessionaires and act as the primary point of contact for them, providing exceptional service and support.2. Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand business with existing airport concessionaire clients. Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to revenue growth. Leverage industry insights to tailor solutions that align with concessionaires\' business goals.3. Customer Grievance Resolution : Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions that align with concessionaire expectations, customers and platform capabilities.4. Client Engagement and Education : Proactively engage clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform\'s offerings. Provide training and guidance on platform features and updates to optimize client experience.5. Performance Analysis and Reporting : Monitor client performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance reports to share insights with clients and internal teams.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other Hoi team to identify potential upsell opportunities and provide insights into client needs. Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to relay client feedback for continuous product enhancement.7. Client Advocacy : Serve as a client advocate within the organization, conveying client needs and feedback to inform strategic decisions. Contribute to the improvement of client engagement processes based on insights gained.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in client relationship management, business development, or account management, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or technology sectors.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to achieve common goals.- Passion for the travel and technology industries.
