This Role is within the Product management group and involves extensive coordination with stakeholders for completion of Compliance and Regulatory requirements.

Role Manager - Business Process and Compliance
Key/ Primary Responsibility of the Role Job functions include:
Ensure Closure of Audit, Regulatory and compliance risk related activities within TAT in coordination with all stakeholders and business teams.
Build and complete compliance testing for identified areas of regulatory compliance
Understand, Study and implement regulatory changes.
Create or update processes and SOPs in accordance with new compliance guidelines.
Organise and Conduct training for cross functional Teams on compliance matters.
