Job Summary . Manager - Credit Operations Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj finance limited\' To identify the Process Gap, Challenges & Opportunity in current Dedupe Process across all Business in BFL and implement the changes through system Re Design Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Project & Product Management . Responsible for helping to deliver and improve the end customer data into core loan booking system Assist with other technology risk governance related initiatives and special projects as assigned from time to time. . Manage Project requirements for building & Revamping the platform specific to Data Deduplication Rules & Logic. . Ensure correct and standard way of capturing validating & flowing data for running correct Dedupe Process . Design develop and modify data management infrastructure to expedite data analysis and reporting. Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to facilitate communication both ways . Create Business User Stories Undertake Gap Analysis and prepare Approach . Handling complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective requirements . Review & Prepare the project plans and provide inputs on enhancing effectiveness and efficiencies and deliver within timelines . Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc. Resolve issues roadblocks and escalations to ensure delivery as per desired objectives . Engage with business stakeholders/ Verticals to provide status update on projects (for business/ Verticals initiated projects) and to update on delays / issues / deviations and agree on revision of timelines/ scope of project . Analyze Business cases within depth data analysis and create hypothesis to improve process gaps identify new risk segment create new channels products etc. . Create the required database with respect to process in SQL/No-SQL databases. . Implement appropriate analytics tools and frameworks for app performance improvement. . Efficiently write/create working APIs with the help of IT team . Tracking and monitoring of work done by self/vendors and regular publishing of updates Project lifecycle management . Understand change requirements and evaluate to take decision on selection of projects based on impact and extent of change . Guiding the team for scoping of the project along with the relevant stakeholder for critical projects . Conducting discussions with IT on major projects on issues related to deviations on delivery and timelines and work on the revisions . For all projects in post-production guide sustenance monitoring to ensure appropriate approach is adopted to better understand pilot response/ feedback and ensure smooth and stable pan-India execution . Provide functional and technical support in resolving Production issues and Customer pain points. . Guide team on the external practices / research may be followed operational processes and application in our business scenario MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) . Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption. . Scout the technology landscape to ensure . Duties and Responsibilities - . Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Required Qualifications and Experience . Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications . MBA/Post Graduate Degree b) Work Experience . 3-4 years\' experience in PMO Lending Business . Exposure to building and managing Lending Applications . Strong knowledge of SQL & Tableau should have exposure to end to end development from data extraction to Dashboard development. . Grounds up work in building and delivering lending mobile app is preferred . Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. . High degree of passion and self-belief. . Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. . Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. . Should possess the below skill sets: .
