Role TM - RAN Performance Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology/Quality Location Lucknow (Circle : UPE) Hiring Manager Anup Kumar Jha Job Purpose This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by effectively analysing KPIs for improving Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Analysing the KPI\'s (key performance indicators) statistics and monitoring the network for troubleshooting on daily basis. In depth knowledge of 2G KPIs, Counters. Understanding of various 2G Parameters and troubleshooting steps of any KPI degradation. Thorough understanding of Nokia 2G RAN products and working experience preferred. Working Experience of Nokia RAN 2G-4G Interworking required. Should know Soft TRX addition (Both Manual & via CR). Identify the requirement of Hard TRX Addition and Monitor the TCH Availability. Analysis and Troubleshooting of 2G TCH Drop/Block, CSSR etc. Supporting RF drive test optimization of new/existing sites. Troubleshooting of worst-performing cells. Analysis of counters and monitoring KPI trend to pinpoint exact issues. Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve Network performance and CXX Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing analysis and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives Assisting TRAI/DOT in RF network audit & preparing required network quality reports. Supporting all IOT accounts primarily over 2G network. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization of 2G Nokia RAN system. 4G/VoLTE knowledge preferred. Excellent domain knowledge and on- field optimization experience Hands on experience with DT/Post processing tools like NEMO, TEMS etc Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints, Innovative , Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and having very good cross functional co-ordination Depth analysis for L2 & L3 layer data Should be well versed working in operator environment. Working experience with Nokia shall be added advantages.
