Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Providing strategic support to Managing Director\'s office in corporate planning, business performance forecasting & strategy formulation and providing insights on future company initiatives which are in-turn used for framing corporate policies, driving cost reduction programs, planning & development.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in execution of various Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) projects for international operations, green field business expansions, JV evaluations and long term contracts.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitating strategic planning process including long range planning, current year policy deployment and operating plan, new business opportunity due diligence, valuation modeling, production capacity validation, evaluation of potential capital investments for the year.

\xc2\xb7 Analyzing pharmaceutical, Nutritional and other targeted industry\'s macroeconomic, regulatory, policy environment and country level risks.

\xc2\xb7 Execute business unit objectives, major measures and report on business performance; Drive operational excellence collaborating with key business stakeholders & functional heads in line with strategic plans and annual policy objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Independently involve in execution of multiple corporate projects, spanning from opportunity identification, project scoping, creating content and managing of stakeholders to generating insights, and preparing outputs which enable informed decisions.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with business unit leaders in gaining their input into the firm\'s strategic direction helping coordinate their efforts in alignment with the firm\'s strategic plan.
