Role: Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, Bangalore
Location : Bangalore The Team:
The Corporate development and strategy function works on formulating and implementing Organic and Inorganic growth strategies for the organization. The team is part of the Business Excellence function which encompasses strategy and operations and rolls up directly to the CEO of the organization. Your Job Includes:
Managing key strategic initiatives that would help steer the organization in the direction of the Corporate Strategy.
Benchmarking performance and offerings of the Organization against competition and derive actionable insights that can be fed back into the Corporate strategy.
Playing an important role in the strategic planning exercise by defining corporate goals across strategic focus areas and aligning them with those of key functional stakeholders.
Formulating key performance indicators and leading indicators of performance and tracking the progress made on the same.
Govern and monitor the progress on the strategic focus areas and report to key stakeholders including the Board.
Assisting/Owning the design and implementation of strategic partnerships identified by the organization. You should ideally possess:
Under graduation (BE/B.Tech) and MBA with 6-8 years of experience in the technology services industry.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the Corporate strategy function of technology services organizations.
Strong understanding of financial and operational parameters of a technology business.
Passion about new technologies and ambition to grow to a senior leadership position in the technology industry.
Willingness to learn new concepts, challenge status quo and embrace ambiguity.
Strong skills in creating effective presentations and extracting insights out of data. Your Career Path:
