The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe\xe2\x80\x99s top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobe\xe2\x80\x99s boldest and most strategic decisions. For example, they were integral in its well-publicized transition to cloud, and its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide. Adobe gives creatives everything they need to design amazing new content, enable global enterprises in their digital transformation and create experience businesses. This strategy has translated into exceptional financial performance and stock price appreciation even within the Tech sector.

As the first Corporate Strategy Manager in the region, you will have the unique opportunity to establish Adobe Corporate Strategy team\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the region, manage high-priority projects and drive initiatives to hack Adobe\xe2\x80\x99s long-term growth in Emerging markets. You will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the path to unique operational and general management roles throughout the company.

What you need to succeed

• 4+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility
• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman)
• Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS, i.e., demonstrated understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired
• Industry experience in Technology preferred but not required, e.g., 2+ years of experience in a ownership role at a Major Tech Company (e.g., Google, Meta, PayTM, TCS, Infosys, Paytm, OLA, Meesho, CRED)
• Top-tier Undergraduate and Master\xe2\x80\x99s degrees (MBA preferred)
• Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon
• Ability to build \xe2\x80\x98outside-in\xe2\x80\x99 POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
• Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
• Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
