Key Responsibilities of this role: * To contribute to the development and execution of the Sales strategy for the assigned region, driving both penetration and up-selling.

  • Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual revenue and sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Provide leadership to the assigned team to further grow the BigShyft business.
  • Effectively understand the needs of different clients and proposing customized solutions that best address those needs.
  • Responsible for existing account management and account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. Develop deep relationships with leadership/HR team of corporate in the region.
  • Work towards improving sales processes related to training, account profiling, account monitoring, account delivery.
Experience and Education Qualification
  • Have 2-4 year of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Have experience in End-to-End Sales (From generating new leads to negotiation and closing)
  • Looking to take accelerate the business and expand to new market.
  • Not Limited but preferred candidates from consulting Background
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate sales teams.
  • Ability to drive self and team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with senior members in client organizations like TA Heads CHROs and CXOs is a must.
  • Should be able to make and deliver impactful presentations to senior managements members of the client organization.
  • Proficient in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
