Role Objective:



Generate, close, and scale B2B business for AV solutions while owning revenue targets

end-to-end

Core Responsibilities



Drive sales of Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing Solutions, Active LED Video walls, Professional Audio (Speakers, Amplifiers, DSP), Complete AV Integration projects Identify and develop Corporate, Enterprise, Education & Govt clients Lead client meetings, requirement analysis & solution positioning Work with presales for solution design & proposals Commercial negotiations, pricing approvals & deal closures Manage Sales funnel, Forecasts & Monthly targets Coordinate post-sales execution to ensure customer satisfaction Build long-term client relationships & repeat business Keep market intelligence on competitors & pricing trends

KPIs / Performance Metrics



Monthly & quarterly revenue targets Conversion ratio (leads ? closures) Average deal size Customer retention & upsell value

Required Skills & Experience



6-8 years of

B2B solution sales

experience Prior exposure to

AV / IT / Tech solutions

mandatory Strong negotiation, presentation & closure skills Comfortable with cold outreach, field meetings & CXO interactions
