Job Description


We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates for one of our leading clients in the Medical Devices segment. Enclosed below are the Key Responsibilities:

a) Internal Communication:

- Act as a communication and change management business partner to several key strategic change programmes. Understand the business challenges and opportunities of each change programme, and translate into impactful communications solutions.

- Develop, review, agree (with project teams) and deliver change communications strategies, working in partnership with Business Leaders and the wider teams.

- Develop and deliver high-quality, written content for internal (and, occasionally, external) channels; plan and deliver creative, engaging campaigns in line with agreed strategies for designated programmes. Develop, and enable effective deployment of, comprehensive stakeholder engagement maps and plans.

- Coordinating and overseeing the overall communications activity, including preparation of well researched and high-quality speeches, presentations, Associates\' communications, editorials, and driving a proactive calendar of Communication and change management agenda

- Assist the organization, coordination, and execution of corporate and company-wide special events.

- Partnership with global communications team to deploy and disseminate appropriate communication materials.

- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of all communication platforms and report on results.

b) Public Relations & External communication:

- Lead and coordinate all activities of communications, PR production and Consultants.

- Formulate a proactive press strategy. Cultivate and sustain effective working relations with news executives, editors, and journalists to create venues and events to position brand appropriately.

- Manage and direct the development of collaterals consistent with our Brand elements and campaign initiatives.

- Manage all day-to-day contact with media including crises communications. Draft, review and finalize enterprise communications which can be shared with the external stakeholders (distributors, third party, strategic customers) and the brand and/or its affiliates in case of any crisis.

- Lead and manage social media channels to ensure content is current, engaging and messages are integrated and aligned.

- Write and edit messaging platforms and content for various communication vehicles. Preparing and editing organizational publications, including Associate newsletters or TIPL reports, for internal and external audiences.

c) Thought leadership & Awards:

- Positioning TIPL for nomination, drafting / articulating responses for various awards. This includes facilitation with the organizer and internal LT representation in the award ceremonies.

d) Change Management:

- Apply change management methodology, create, and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize associate adoption, usage, and minimize resistance towards enterprise impacting cross business/ functional projects.

- Act as a guide/ coach for senior leaders/ executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor. The role holder will provide direct support to frontline managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through the transitions.

- Partner with project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans and facilitate enterprise-wide organizational change to drive business outcomes.

What are we looking for?

- Broad skillset in writing, design, strategy, and project management. Change management certification is a plus. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is preferred.

- The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional with top-notch writing and story-telling skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely; a commitment to and talent for solving problems collaboratively; strong project management skills; adept technological know-how; and an eye for graphic design.

- Solid understanding of project management principles

- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software, experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop. is an asset.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. Ability to influence others, able to work in ambiguous situations.

- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

- Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadline.

- An analytical mind and ability to think critically.
