Key Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Execution
Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute transactions across debt financing, structured financing, and venture capital/private equity financing.
Lead end-to-end deal cycles including sourcing, pitching, diligence, documentation, and closure.
Build, manage, and leverage a deep network of lenders and investors such as Private & PSU Banks, NBFCs, Credit Funds, and VC/PE Funds.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary interface for corporates across debt, equity, corporate finance, and structured finance products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers including Promoters, CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs.
Understand clients' comprehensive capital requirements and advise on customized solutions.
Transaction Support & Analysis
Lead preparation of teasers, pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and investment notes.
Oversee financial modeling, valuation exercises, and deal documentation.
Conduct industry/market research, competitive benchmarking, and market sizing.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for due diligence and transaction deliverables.
Business Strategy & Market Insights
Track sector trends, market movements, and investor underwriting appetite to identify bankable opportunities.
Drive revenue targets in alignment with performance evaluation metrics.
Provide strategic insights to the leadership team for business growth and new product development.
Skills & Experience Required
Technical Expertise
Background in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, Structured Finance, or Real Estate PE.
Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and deal-making dynamics.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.
Behavioral & Leadership Skills
Self-starter with a strong origination mindset and proven track record in closing transactions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated maturity, ownership, and the ability to independently manage complex mandates.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and client-management abilities.

Proven transaction experience across Debt + Equity.
Strong corporate access and trusted relationships with promoter-driven mid-market companies.
