Experience in corporate laws, expertise in areas like software licensing, purchase of h/w, support maintenance, construction related contracts, global partnership agreement in terms of drafting & vetting, arbitration, negotiation & finalization of contracts. Education 1. UG \xe2\x80\x93 LLB/ BA.LLB 2. PG \xe2\x80\x93Post Graduation Not Mandatory, LLM (Preferred) Total work experience: 6+ years Job Location: Gurgaon (Work from office) Experience 1. Contracts lifecycle Management, Drafting, Red Lining and Negotiation 2. Contract Abstraction 3. Should be able to work on live projects and resolving doubts. 4. Should be able to draft various NDA, Trade Agreement, M&A and MOU etc. And review and analysis of various contractual documentation including MSA, Subcontractor Agreement, and Vendor License and Maintenance agreement. 5. Good at drafting and finalizing RFP/RFO/RFQ. 6. Having knowledge of drafting contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines. Uploading and maintenance of contracts in client databases and summarization of key terms used 7. Good knowledge of creating and implementing contracting processes, contract management platforms and methodologies across the industry segments. 8. Expertise in measuring and regulating contractual (legal and regulatory) compliance across industry and contract types 9. Coordinating with team to identify requirement and delivery of work product. 10. Maintenance of database for legal team. 11. Working on training modules and providing training to the team members Desired Candidate Profile 1. Good knowledge of the Indian Legal System 2. Contract Management 3.
