JOB DESCRIPTION:- Create, repurpose and publish engaging content across different internal and external portals- Manage internal/external communication- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content for the Website and other internal portals- Manage content distribution to Online channels and Social media platforms to increase Web traffic- Edit, proofread and improve content flowing across the Business Functions- Optimize content according to SEO- Use content management systems to analyze Website traffic and users engagement metrics- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attentionPrinciple Duties & Responsibilities:- He/she would be primarily working with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure consistent content is been pumped across the organization as per the branding strategy- He/she would also be responsible for the corporate communications Personality Traits :  - Highly motivated and proactive individual with an inquisitive mind - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal- Ability to efficiently interact with team members across different teams/departments and have productive conversations- Discipline, rigour and keenness to always learn and evolve (ref:updazz.com)
