JD for the position: Manager Compliance & Internal audit.

Designation: Manager Compliance & Internal Audit.

Gender: No specific preference. Any Gender is fine.

Based at : Chennai centre.

Educational Qualification : Any degree done regular in college mode in any discipline is fine.

Professional Certifications needed :

Any one certification either certified ISO 9001 Lead auditor or certified ISO 27001 Lead auditor or

certified auditor in any management system is essential.

Work Experience: 10 to 12 years.

1 Should have conducted and managed internal or external management system audits such as QMS or ISMS or Financial system management.

2 Exposure to audits on financial processes function is desired through not mandatory.

3 Should have worked in either Corporate Quality or Information security or Internal Audit or Finance & Accounts function.

4 Should have worked in either BPO or IT or ITES company.

Skills:

1 Good documentation skills including preparing SOPs and audit reports.

2 Good auditing and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Responsible for conducting internal audits and risk assessments

2.Assistance in preparation of SOPs.

3.Work with process owners in closing gaps and taking corrective actions post audits for control

gaps.

4.Assisting in controls framework development and deployment.
