- Manager (Compliance)
- Good knowledge of Labour Law compliances
- Liasoning with authority ,PF Department
- Sound knowledge of PF & ESIC Act & Scheme
- UAN Generation individual and Bulk, KYC Updation individual and Bulk,
- PF & ESIC report calculation from salary register, validation of deduction of PF & ESIC
- PF & ESIC Inspection
- Knowledge & Validation of EPF Benefit claim forms
- Knowledge & Validation on Nomination under EPF & EPS Act
- Excellent communications, knowledge of payroll and non payroll compliances
