Roles and Responsibility

• We need someone to manage the statutory compliance of employees. I have furnished the experience that is expected, we need to rework this.
  The person will be responsible for looking after all labor law compliances in India. The role would entail ensuring that the company and its clients are 100% compliant under various labor laws including Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, Shops & Establishments Act as applicable in various states in India, Profession Tax Act, Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and other relevant Acts.

    Statutory Compliance - Contract Labour, Shops & Establishments, ESIC,PF, Gratuity, Bonus & Labore welfare fund
  • Implementation of all statutory labour compliances such as CLRA labour license, ESI, PF, statutory returns and wages compliances
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and compliance certificates
  • Coordinate with respective stockholders and ensuring controls are put in place to mitigate the compliance risks
  • Liaison with third party agencies for periodic audits and ensuring full compliance
  • Preparing compliances reports for management review
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders in implementing corrective actions for meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely filing of returns
