We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL to manage sales and reservations for our properties. You will be responsible for developing and fostering business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and hotel tours. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue. Beyond Direct sales, you will be responsible to ensure the maximization of all bedrooms and hotel sales opportunities. Furthermore, they collaborate closely with the Front Office for clear information and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: -
  • A clear understanding of the hotel\'s business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Manage the Reservations ( inbound calls ) & all room reservations processes for the hotel. For both individual and group bookings. Developing new Reservations/Revenue SOPs for the team following the introduction of a new property PMS and Online Travel Agent extranets.
  • Ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.
  • Ensure all email traffic is monitored and reservations appropriately recorded and checked \xe2\x80\x93 dates, price, market segmentation, sources, etc.
  • Manage no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to hotel policy.
  • Generate & identify leads and convert leads to confirmed bookings.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting.
  • Deal with customer complaints & reviews in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
  • Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.
  • Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  • Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop professional long-term business relationships.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR, generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
  • Able to support hotels\xe2\x80\x99 service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Targeting key account potential for the company.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
  • Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
Prerequisites:
  • Proven success in a similar role and environment. ( Knowledge of the youth travel market )
  • Extrovert with exceptional communication skills
  • Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Polished personal presentation with a Warm, confident, and hospitable personality.
  • Prior knowledge & experience in working on Channel managers and OTA extranets required
  • Knowledge of EZEE hotel software will be preferred
  • Exceptional MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of working on CRM software
  • A driven individual who is digitally savvy ( any knowledge of digital marketing will be preferred )
  • 3-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9250,000.00 - 9420,000.00 per year Schedule:
