Our APIs and platform deal with over 150 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Collections talent at its Chennai (India) location. Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely submission of invoices and tracking the movement as per customer payment process.
• Coordination with internal teams like revenue, sales, engineering for respective issues.
• Regular one-to-one meeting with customers and developing PR skills with customer.
• Adhering to payment collection goals and DSO targets
• Applying collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.
• Focus on Maintaining Good Client relationship.
• Timely escalations on overdue accounts.
• Following deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.
• Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
• Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5-8 years\' experience of Field collections .
• Should be well versed with South Region/ Local languages and is open for travel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally and General Ledger and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on strict deadlines.
