Job Title :- Relationship Manager Collections
Location :- Rohtak
Function :- Financial Services
Reports To :- Regional Manager (Collections)/ State head Collections
Need a relationship manager to be based at Rohtak for managing retail collections of Haryana & NCR.
\xc2\xb7 The person will be responsible for achieving bucket wise resolution targets to keep 30+, 90+ & 270+ below threshold.
\xc2\xb7 To coordinate with repo vendors for possessions of the NPA assets.
\xc2\xb7 Liaison with legal counsel for filing legal actions against the defaulting customers.
\xc2\xb7 Representing company in against legal matters.
\xc2\xb7 To keep the cost of collections well within projected budgets.
\xc2\xb7 Intra department coordination for ensuring smooth day to day operations and better customer services with keeping portfolio clean.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- To maintain quality portfolio and to track control the delinquency of the area, Bucket- wise DPD wise and focus on non- starters.
- To closely work with State Head Sales and Zonal Sales Head
- To analyze and maintain 30+ & 90+ Delinquency.
- Ensure the NPAs are kept at minimum levels and identify and recommend appropriate legal actions for stress contracts.
- To setup and maintain network of Repo Agency
- Asset Repossession and Liquidation
- Ensure compliance to all Audit regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quick resolution of customer issues and complaints and by visiting high value/ Strategic Customers
1. Expertise in collection & possession of preferably Case Equipment & Farm equipment exposure.
2. Ease of working with, understanding and remembering collections metrics and numbers
3. Expertise in Data reporting, stratification, segmentation and Analysis
4. Expertise in creating trend charts, data visualization to display the required data
5. Experience in creating collections strategy preferably in NBFC industry
6. Exposure to Captive finance especially in Agriculture and Construction segments would help
Education- Graduate or PG in any stream
Experience- 5-10 years
