Job Purpose

Responsible for end to end managing of collection and retention for allocated zone

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

The role is of Collection & Retention for Consumer Segment base.

Manage Agency for different buckets (0-30, 30-60 & onwards

Active collections (Field Referral)

BAD Debt as per AOP (Especially 120+ bucket)

HNI/VIP Base E2E Collection, Retention (Proactive & Reactive), Resolution

Voluntary retention - MNP, Post 2 Pre, Vol Cancellation

Health Of Acquisition - Keeping tab on on-boarding process and filters are in place, raise alarms and take corrective actions.

Collections - Active, Bucket Collections (Field)

Bad Debt - As per Tgt

Churn - Vol (R-Churn, Post 2 Pre, MNP), Invol Churn (Base & Acquisition churn) - Consumer & IOIP

Focus on AOn 4-6 M (Acquistion Filters, AV/CV Process)

HNI/VIP Management - Control Churn, Maximize Collections, Ensure BD as per target

Complaints Management

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Good understanding of Collection KPIs

Good in handling Retention requirements

Understanding of managing HNI/VIP base

Managing Collection Agencies and agency collection team

Frequent travel need

Must have technical / professional qualifications * MBA

  • 4-6 years on role experience
