Job Purpose

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Drive agency collection performance to improve cash flow, reduce bad debt and reduce involuntary churn.

Productivity Measurement of Collection Field and Tele-calling Agent

CAPE to be maintained at Vendor Location for Smooth collections

Maintain Daily STRIKE rate of collection and retention

Ensure Monthly Bucket Target are achieved and there is minimum Flow to next bucket

Reports & Track for governance of Agency

Analysis and projects to improve agency performance.

HSW to be driven at Vendor Location.
