Key Competencies / skill set:

• Knowledge of all loan product types.
• Compliance vendor management.
• Preparation of Audit Plans (Agencies, Branch and Yards).
• Co-ordination with Collection stakeholders for Audit observation closures.
• Responsible for Collection process Audits and closures.
• Preparation of Compliance Audit Policies and checklist.
• Sampling of collection process recorded Call (Customer and Collection conversation call's).
• Sampling of bounced collected payments.
• Responsible for Internal Audit and RBI Audit closures.
• Audit and Compliance Deck preparation. Dashboard publishing.
• Responsible for keeping the audit repository up to date.
• Preparation of Ad-hoc data requirements.
• Adherence of TCL COC, Compliance Policies and Penalty Matrix.
• Open for Travel across India.

Desired qualification
B. Com/ BMS or above (Degree Holder)
Advance Excel knowledge
Minimum five years' experience in same field.
