Job description The Manager - Clinical & Medical Services will provide both strategic and operational planning and leadership to oversee service delivery and the implementation of new strategies, collate and lead agreed projects within the service and provide the ongoing management of the service. Evaluate the periodical articles published by Consultants / Surgeons and make necessary arrangements for releasing the same. Works in partnership with Regional Managers, Centre Managers, Consultants, Surgeons, OT Staff and other multi-disciplinary teams. Develop clinical protocols and medical procedures to improve staff productivity Ensure that all clinical policies and medical procedures function in accordance with Organizational Standards. Ensures that the entire medical operation at the Centre is running smoothly/Build good team rapport Ensure enough manpower availability @ the Centers and do arrangements for Surgeries Schedule/Manage travel arrangements of Doctors Participates in the day-to-day performance of clinical management and formal performance and development reviews and provides regular feedback on an ongoing informal basis. Ensuring all clinical, medical near miss/incidents are recorded, investigated and reported in a timely manner and outcomes feedback to the staff concerned Coordinating and monitoring the setting up of new dental services inside the centre facilities. Contributes and participates in the development of and implementation of the service Quality Plan and Quality activities in partnership with Centre Managers, Consultants, and Surgeons including other clinical services departments. Analyzing data trends, including any correlation between treatment types and patient outcomes, to develop a better understanding of overall facility efficiency. Organizing clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources. Scheduling inspections across the Centre and submitting reports on corrective actions if any regarding quality management of clinical and medical services. Eligibility :

• Qualification: Any Dr. Degree/ MHA/ MBA- Hospital Administration
• Should have willingness to travel
• Proven experience in hospital management

Knowledge about hair transplant and hair/skin treatments is added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:
