* We are looking to hire a highly motivated and strategic Key Account
Manager to join our sales team * Responsible for developing strong relationships with the identified
strategic accounts to accomplish organic growth and long-term company
objectives. * Develop a deep understanding of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 strategic goals and
structure. * Identifying, developing, and engaging key stakeholders across
organisations and within the market. * Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established
deadlines for the fulfillment of each client\'s long-ter m goals. * Gather, report and communicate customers\' feedback on service,
technology and product delivery. * Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams. * Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for
account teams and stakeholders. Requirements:
* Experience in revenue role, account management (2- 5 yrs.),
International Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management experience
preferred. * Working knowledge of the IT services industry will be considered as
an advantage * Strong negotiation and leadership skills. * Aptitude in networking and building relationships. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business
relationships internally and externally. * Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Excellent communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
