Technical Manager - Cloud Engineering, C1 Function Prabhu Rangaswamy Employment Type Permanent Span of Control TBD Location W223 - SCIO - Center 52 (Tower 2) Chennai Basic Functions 3+ years\' experience with Azure, specifically services like Azure pipelines, Azure Web Apps, Azure Kubernetes services, power apps, dynamics 365, Api Service, Synapse, cosmos db and message broker. 10+ years overall hands-on experience developing/supporting web applications using Microsoft and JavaScript technologies. Must have experience in DevOps, SysOps, CI/CD Experience migrating legacy .net applications to Azure and good exposure with Reverse engineering approach. Experience in Software design and architecture, development, deployment, maintenance & trouble-shooting applications Basic Linux Skills such as using command line interface The role will involve meeting with senior operation executives at Director, VP, understanding their pain-points, meeting with Enterprise architects and designing high-impact \'demonstrable\' solutions, and most importantly, following up hot leads to a winning closure Tightly collaboration with EXLHealth Products (Clinical, Pharmacy, Payments integrity) and Solutions teams to develop embedded solutions Consolidate learning from multiple projects to help develop new services and solution offerings in partnership with SME\'s, solution architects and product managers Research emerging technology trends, reflect on market direction and create a direction for operations/service delivery to stay a step ahead of future demand trends Essential Functions Deep understanding of the US Healthcare value chain and key impact drivers [Payer and/or Provider] Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to \'roll up your sleeves\' and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions Collaborate/communicate with on-site project team and business users as required Design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in a highly secure and integrated enterprise computing environment, Design client-side and server-side architecture & Support functional testing and UI/UX testing Cross train & mentor team members for complete knowledge of technologies. Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code, query tuning that satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements Quick learner with ability to understand product\'s functionality end to end. Primary Internal Interactions Review with the Overall Product Manager & AVP for improvements in the product development lifecycle Assessment meeting with AVP, VP & above for additional product development features. Train & Mentor the juniors in the team Primary External Interactions Work with the Executive Team to ensure client needs are addressed. Communicate with onshore stakeholders on a need basis. Help the Product Management Group set the product roadmap & help in identifying future sellable product features. Client Interactions to better understands expectations & streamline solutions. If required should be a bridge between the business users and the technology teams. Organizational Relationships Reports To : Subha Vaidyanathan Supervises : To Be Decided Skills Technical Skills Required Skills - Must have experience on MVC .NET, .NET Core, React, Redux,Redux Thunk,Pure JavaScript Programming, JQuery, Typescript, C#, LINQ, Multi-Threading, Rest API, WCF, SOAP Service, Unit Testing Frameworks, MS SQL, Mongo DB, SSIS, SSRS, Entity Framework, Nhibernate, Rabbit MQ, Jenkins, working with Azure to host scalable web applications using Azure pipelines, Azure Web Apps, Azure Kubernetes services, power apps, dynamics 365, Api Service, Synapse, cosmos db and message broker.Data Storage: Provision of storage account, replication, blob storage, NoSQL db (Cosmos), Multi Model APIS, Db containers, throughput, horizontal scaling, partitioning (single vs cross partitions), keys, failover, Datalake, security, High availability, disaster recovery. Must also have experience on general DevOps activities & basic Linux skills. Skills Nice to Have Microsoft Azure Certification would be great to have Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and so on Experience on Big Data Tools - not limited to - PySpark, HIVE, Python Experience on Micro service based architecture. Experience in NLP Technologies Experience on Vector graphic UI design and integration. Certifications on SDLC & Agile Concepts is a good addition.
