The Role Responsibilities Strategy Awareness and understanding of Bank\'s strategy Business Good understanding and experienced with key Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes related to CCIB segment. Processes Provide quality support and resolution to front office, middle office and CET on their queries on Client Central application. Extensive experience supporting and working alongside business users and technology teams in a dynamic multinational organization across multiple nationalities / cultures. Familiarity in internal bank applications such as SCI, eCDD+, Workbench, CreditMate etc. Provide clear and effective communication or updates to all users and stakeholders. Work closely with technology teams to drive investigation, resolution / remediation of issues. Liaise with the Technology team on UVT post the system implementations. Work closely with Project and technology team on MOT, SIT, UAT & War room requirements. People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Risk Management Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures Governance Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\'s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Key Stakeholders CLDM , Product owners, GBO, IMO Other Responsibilities To be able to understand issues raised by the users Familiarize with DOIs / Process guidance to help respond to the functional queries Ability to write test scripts and analyze the test results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message and send updates to various level of users and stakeholders. Display Client-centric, ready to help attitude, pro-activeness and diligence in resolving queries and issues promptly and with superior standards. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams / functions. To be able to work in any timings based on the work pressure and what it demands. Ability to create meaningful MI and dashboards providing insightful trends and updates to various stakeholder on a regular basis. Our Ideal Candidate The successful candidate should possess the following: Bachelor\'s degree with at least 6+ years of experience in Banking. Strong track record of supporting and working alongside front-office staff. Candidate should be a team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills ability to liaise effectively and tailor communication with key internal stakeholders across various levels in the organization.
