Provide quality support and resolution to front office, middle office and CET on their queries on Client Central application.
Extensive experience supporting and working alongside business users and technology teams in a dynamic multinational organization across multiple nationalities / cultures.
Familiarity in internal bank applications such as SCI, eCDD+, Workbench, CreditMate, etc.
Provide clear and effective communication or updates to all users and stakeholders.
Work closely with technology teams to drive investigation, resolution / remediation of issues.
Liaise with the Technology team on UVT post the system implementations.
Work closely with Project and technology team on MOT, SIT, UAT and War room requirements.

Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with at least 6+ years of experience in Banking.
Strong track record of supporting and working alongside front-office staff.
Candidate should be a team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively and tailor communication with key internal stakeholders across various levels in the organization.
