Manager - Operational Excellence L&T EduTech is an initiative under Larsen & Toubro to bridge the gap between Industry and Academia. The core objective is to enhance the employability of students and career progression for professionals across Engineering & Technology sectors. L&T offers a series of industry-led application-oriented programmes under its portfolio – L&T CollegeConnect, Vocational Skilling, Professional Certification, Assessments & Certifications and Skills Exchange. Job Location: Chennai, India. Key Position Capabilities: L&T EduTech Immersion is a part of College connect offering which is intended for engineering students to experience the real time industry practices and applications of concepts learnt thus far. It is offered to undergraduate/postgraduate students and faculty members from recognized academic institutions in India. Learners shall be taken to L&T project sites, plants, facilities and experiential centres to present to the stakeholders the unmatched capabilities of L&T in Technology, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing for Immersive learning. L&T EduTech is looking for a Manager - Operational Excellence to join its Immersion team. You will be responsible to define and design scalable, resilient and sustainable solutions, manage key operational risks and provide key input to immersive experiential learning model. As a key operational excellence stakeholder, you are also responsible to continually improve customer (internal and external) experience by defining, challenging, and evolving L&T EduTech’s strategy through, adoption of modern trends, methodologies, standards and innovations. Your New Role:

• Create Learning modules and design documentation.
• Designing, specifying and selecting learning solutions, mapping functionality, domain, operations and performance of industries with curricular requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Managers of Project sites and Factories to configure Immersion schedule and resource plans for implementation.
• Ensuring business processes to suitably fulfil the requirements and specifications of customers by the proposed Learning modules.
• Work with leaders of academic clients to understand process issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide support to business stakeholders such as Delivery team to augment Business Performance
• Suggest process improvement initiatives to improve business performance and governance.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and executing L&T projects at sites/plants.
• Strong knowledge in one of the engineering domains with passion for Nextgen digital transformation and hands-on skilling.
• Motivated, energetic, and self‐directed.
• Focus to details and multitasking.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse and draw insights.
• Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in one of the core engineering fields.
• 10+ years Technical lead experience
• Flair for academics, continuous learning and filling the employability gaps using innovative methods and technologies.
• Proven Senior Stakeholder management
• Passion for transforming Engineering Education will be desirable
• Ready to visit Project sites and plants to offer experiential learning to our customers
