Manager(Chartered Accountant)

FinAdvantage is an Accounting & Advisory firm that provides multiple services like accounting, outsourcing, fund accounting, compliance & tax, reporting services, and people services, etc for all types of business including Start-ups & MNCs. Our headquarter is in Bangalore and we have operations in Gurgaon, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End to end management of daily transactional data along with a thorough check on both Direct/Indirect Tax compliance with focus on hygiene of accounting database.

- Manage accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing core accounting operations, analyzing financial data, MIS / Budget monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes.

- Coordination with Client for closure of month end and MIS reporting.

- Excellent knowledge with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.

- Preparation of detailed and robust SOPs for the respective sub functions (accounting, reporting, reconciliation, etc).

- Ensure closure of queries with proactive co- ordination with Stakeholders.

- Assist in various internal automation projects.

- Drive continuous improvement, provide recommendations of best in practice regarding to direct/indirect tax

Preferred Skills:

- Good knowledge of Tax Direct/Indirect/Withholding Tax/Retirals - PF & ESIC

- End user knowledge in advanced ERP system (SAP / Oracle / Any other ERP System) would be an added advantage.

- Awareness of the latest tools/technology for tax related work

- Digital awareness to drive process improvements.

- Candidate to possess excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale assignment.

- Be Self-Motivated and Flexible

- Expert knowledge in accounting packages like Quick books, Zoho and NetSuite
