Job Responsibilities
Managing the Securitisation Operations -To manage entire securitisation operational activities (Buy-in / Sell-out)
Monthly Payout to Investors- To process monthly payout (collection report) as and when new deal is executed ( Direct Assignment, PTC deals)
Regulatory reporting - To verify and process the transactions related to pay in and pay out of various deals.
Interaction with internal / external auditors -To prepare various MIS in MS excel, for regularity reporting. ( NPA reporting, CA certification) as an when required.
To interact with originators, trustees regarding new deals and pay in / pay out transactions
To coordinate with Treasury, Finance teams on various requirements
Handling Internal / external Audit - replying to queries, closure of the queries / reports
Monitor TAT, productivity and accuracy of processing.
Educational Qualifications & Key Skills
Chartered Accountant - Fresher / Experience in Securitisation Operations with any other Bank or other institute.
Good accounting knowledge.
Good in MS excel, should be able to compile large data.
Good Data analysis and interpretation of MIS.
Good soft interpersonal skills
Regulatory knowledge
