Job Description

Business Development:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, potential places, and partnerships. Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify unmet demands. Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and market position.

Client Relations:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Manage client interactions, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Sales and Revenue:



Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Team Leadership (if applicable):



Supervise and improvise sales. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to improve performance of various teams reporting Improvise in marketing strategy

Operational Excellence:



Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
