Role: Business Development Manager (Energy & Utilities)Type: Full TimeLocation: Onsite OpportunityExperience: Minimum 1+ YearsJob description :Roles and Responsibilities :- Hunt for new business acquisition for the offerings of BCT in India handling the complete sales lifecycle.- Should have experience in Energy & Utilities domain, won deals and run complete sales cycle- Creating a strategy to drive sales for IT services and products including but not limited to Digital Transformation , Data and Analytics , RPA , Application Development and QA- Producing proposals and presentations for customers to land new projects within an array of IT solutions and services.- Responding to RFPs and RFIs to win new business in a highly competitive environment.- Developing a comprehensive account plan to cross sell and upsell to different LOBs.- Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.- Liaising existing relationships to start business conversations with new LOBs. Converting such leads to business opportunities and closures.- Building long term relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.- Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.- Generating ideas for new revenue within large customers.
