Job Title: Relationship Manager - Banca Channel- Company: IndiaFirst Life Insurance- Channel: Banca (Tie-up with Union Bank of India)- Salary: Up to - 3.25 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives+4-6k travelling expenses Job Role & Responsibilities:- Generating insurance business in collaboration with Union Bank of India branch staff.- Presenting and cross-selling India First Life Insurance products (Term, Endowment, ULIP, Child Plans, etc.) to bank walk-in customers and existing account holders. - Motivating and supporting Branch Relationship Managers and other staff for insurance sales. - Achieve monthly sales targets and business productivity. - Regular customer meetings & follow-ups to ensure policy closures. - MIS reporting & compliance maintain karna.
