Job description :We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Sales team to help us expand our reach and provide top-notch insurance solutions to our customers.Profile : Sales - Team leadingLocation: Anand, GJ.Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents to expand the agency network.- Provide comprehensive training and support to agents to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to sell life insurance products effectively.- Collaborate with agents to develop sales strategies, conduct joint client meetings, and close high-value life insurance deals.- Build strong relationships with agency partners and agents to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them meet and exceed sales targets.- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to adapt our strategies accordingly.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (preferred).- Exp.
