Responsibilities :- Generate, nurture & acquire leads for all services- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales- Understand client's needs, conduct client meetings, and follow up with potential clients to customize their business proposals- Plan approach decks and pitches, developing roadmaps and strategies for clients.- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.- Researching prospective accounts in target markets- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersREQUIREMENTS :- Previous experience with a digital/advertising agency.- Have a great understanding of the digital industry, business, and services and how they can benefit clients- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships along with great presentation and negotiation skills.- Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close business with prospective clients.- Ability to establish long term associations with prospects and existing clients to retain business- Creating a roadmap and targets to meet the company's short-term and long-term goals and ensuring they are met- Possess a pleasant, warm, approachable, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a sense of ownership.
