Designation: Manager - Business Data Analytics
Location: Mumbai
Team: Individual Contributor Role
Reporting: Business Head
Working Days of the week: 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide data driven insights related to Business Performance Indicators (KPI\'s) Average Transaction Value (ATV), Average Ticket Price (ATP), Average Selling Price (ASP), Low-Cost High Margin products, High-Cost Low Margin products, Low-Cost Low Margin products, Net Promoter Score, etc.
- Transform raw data into business insights that are useful for decision making and strategic planning. Make recommendations & drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Preparing P&L, Business Case for new site and present the data for review with Business Development Team
- Pricing and Menu Engineering: Work with Chefs and Operation Managers to determine menu pricing that ensures profitability.
- Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining the quality.
- Identify opportunities to grow, optimize, and improve business processes.
- Working closely with the SCM team for alternate product to optimize cost & resources.
Qualification:
Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM in Finance, Statistics preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 to 6 years with at least 2 Years in a similar role.
