What you would be doing?

Business Administration for Bangalore Office. Customer management from commercial perspective and Support Channel Management. Major KPIs: Acquisition: Analyze/discuss Commercial Terms and Conditions of Offer, participate in commercial negotiations, align with CF as regards credit appraisal of customers, Follow Divisional Policy while submitting offer to customers, Ensure LOA, DOA and other Sales Processes compliance, Ensuring that the order book is correctly reflecting (booking/cancellation/amendment). Execution: Prepare order confirmation and acknowledgment of order, delivery follow-up, timely billing, ensuring timely and complete documentation with the customer (Advance Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit etc). Reviewing the Unexecuted Orders book for timely execution. Reviewing the ageing and quality of the UOV. Enabling Revenue in alignment with Logistics, BU, Sales and Customer. Receivable Management: Analyze & monitor outstanding with respect to credit ceiling, Work out collection target and ensure collections, drive the EMD/BG/CAP recovery process as a routine activity, Create provisions for risk coverage as per guidelines. MIS & Reporting: Generate regular MIS on OV/TO/COLL/OS/OPR, Handling both internal and external audit, Preparing management presentations. Skills and experience preferred: Minimum 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Business Administration function. Good team player and having good communication skill. Understanding of Contract. Advanced knowledge in excel, basics of power point, SAP user knowledge. Customer handling experience is preferred. Need to be ready to travel to customers in short notices. Inhouse co-ordination with various departments like Logistics, accounting and controlling, credit administration, sales colleagues across regions, corporate finance, Siemens financial services.
