Job Description
Manager has to check the endorsed drawings and ensuring the execution of the same as per the daily programme fixed . Coordinating with Siet Engineer & Subcontractor ,Planning assigning the tasks to execute the day programme. Managing the available resources and assigning to the work fronts. Checking the numbers/ strength of the work men present at site and signing the DLR. Engaging the machineries by coordinating with P&M department & other sections and monitoring the performance. Checking the availability of construction materials for day programme and raising the request if required. Ensuring there is no deviation of Safety in the work area. Ensuring that work is executing as per the quality standards. Escalating the issues pertaining to programme to the PM and resolving the same. Coordination with safety and EHS Dept for smooth function and progress.
