Position Overview:
LeadSquared is looking for an experienced Field Marketer who will play a key role in identifying and participating in key industry events and tradeshows, to drive revenue for the company. As a member of the Strategy Team, the ideal candidate will organize and manage all field marketing initiatives and activities: From identifying key tradeshows and events to coordinating with event organizers, to driving post event engagement, and in doing so, drive revenue growth. This role will be cross functional and requires an individual with a diverse skill set that focuses on communication and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and industry use cases. The candidate will also need to work with a cross-functional team of designers, marketers, and the sales teams, to gather insights and organize external events for LeadSquared.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and develop effective outbound event strategies.
  • Filter, qualify, and manage inbound event opportunities to ensure they align with our marketing objectives.
  • Take ownership of marketing vendor management, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with designers on brochures, banners and event-related content.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to evaluate the success of events and compile impact data, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging industry opportunities, and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in field marketing. B2B experience will be preferred.
  • Proven experience in BTL marketing, with a strong focus on on-ground events.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in vendor management, including contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
