Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Black Belt -Lean Digital Transformation

Black Belt in Genpact is responsible for balancing and executing high impact digital transformation projects that seek for the business problems/opportunities for key customer(s). Has detailed technical and application knowledge of Lean Sig Sigma tools, methodology & framework and is able to mentor/coach people working on different projects with different complexities. Should have basic knowledge of digital tools such as Robotics Process Automation, NLP, Machine Learning, IOT and ability to assess automation potential of processes and business case development

The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the key transformation projects for the clients with a distinctive focus on deploying digital technologies by working with cross-functional global teams to favorably impact to the business outcomes of the customer.

Given the nature of the role and distribution of the teams, the role may require travel and flexibility. This provides an opportunity to work in cross-functional environment where soft skills come to the fore more often, gives exposure to senior partners - internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current process and identify improved process design - create as-is and to-be process maps
• Identify and implement KPI/ performance metrics for the business process to monitor operational performance
• Work with workflow leads of various processes on training, change management, and communication
• Quantify benefits at the business process level and work with the process owners to get business sign-off on benefits achieved
• Program lead the design & delivery of the transformation and continuous improvement roadmap for the aligned focused accounts
• Independently lead high impact projects to deliver prioritized business outcomes
• See opportunities for value creation, revenue generation/ assurance for client and Genpact

Skill Set

• Understanding of project management tools and workflow implementation e.g. Asana, MS Projects, Blackline, CORA etc.
• Project planning with timelines and alignment with workflow leads for various processes
• Result oriented, Works with speed to translate strategy into "measurable" and achieve results
• Lead Process Mapping and Problem Solving & Ideation Workouts with the aligned businesses
• Supervise & audit the deployed processes for effectiveness & efficiency
• Has prior experience of working in global cross functional teams and with senior business partners
• Financial acumen - Understands commercial aspects and is able to build a business case for change delivering significant value impacting B/S or P/L
• Understanding of the music Industry and Asana will be an added advantage

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital - Lean & Green Belt Certified
• Prior experience in having led projects - Digital, Domain led, consulting, analytics, Design Thinking preferred
• Prior experience in LSS/ GB certification/ has driven continuous improvements in his/ her previous experience
• BPO / Shared service experience, Domain expert in F&A processes (R2R preferred)
• Must be flexible with work timings
• Has solid understanding of MS office
