Our APIs and platform deal with over 150 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Manager - Billing at its Noida (India) location. Key Role & Responsibilities: Coordination with Finance for timely payment schedule to Suppliers. Coordination with Revenue Assurance, Operations and Finance team for reconciliation. Coordination with Supplier\'s business and finance team to ensure timely delivery of invoices and reconciliation process. Procuring credit notes from Supplier as per agreed terms. Daily traffic, revenue, GP and quality analysis with special focus on buying price from Suppliers and selling price to clients. Analysis of regional traffic and providing insights to Operator Relations team. Ensuring on time submission of invoices for the service which are sold to MNOs. Maintain MIS - records and statistics and present it to senior stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of monthly schedule of payments. Manage MIS data and regularly enrich the same to provide business insights & forecast. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or a related field. Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in end to end billing operations. Excellent command of Excel and its ability to use it as a data analysing tool. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Attention to detail and accuracy.
