Inviting applications for position of Senior Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Consumer Risk
As a Business Analyst, you are expected to participate in the various development projects being initiated by our customer\xe2\x80\x99s Consumer Risk team as part of their overall multi-year program for modernization and transformation. You will interact with various stakeholders in business and technology to elicit and communicate requirements, while ensuring that the documentation (BRD, FRD) that you develop follows the organization standards.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and systems, both new and existing
- Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions
- Articulate requirements in the form BRDs and FRDs and ensure that they are in line with organization standards
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solution being built are in line with requirements
- Ensure transparency about the current state of the project and call out / escalate risks
- Maintain JIRAs and any other required documentation for these projects
- Business Analyst experience in the Banking domain with specific exposure to Consumer Risk Management
- Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) are required as well as the ability to work within a diverse team
- Extensive experience in writing BRDs and FRDs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred qualifications
- SQL - able to write queries to fetch data
- Working on JIRA
- Good interpersonal skills
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams \xe2\x80\x93 knowledge of MS Visio
- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
