Description
The Enterprise IT Delivery department caters to IT/IS needs of four vertical business units in Vodafone Group Enterprise that include Vodafone Global Enterprise, Vodafone Carrier Services, Machine-to-Machine / Internet of Things, and Cloud & Hosting Services, each with their own portfolio of products and services. The function also build re-usable assets that cater to the IT/IS needs of Enterprise Business Units in a number of Vodafone Local Markets.
Responsibilities
The Service Solution Designer will provide a step change in order to extend/complete strategic programs (which covers - Enterprise Mobility, Unified Communications, Cloud & hosting and Fixed Connectivity) proposition to deliver an end to end customer experience lifecycle aligned with the Vodafone brand and industry best practices. Key focus will be to design, build, assure, cost-to-serve standards and implement services operating models based on continuous improvement and right sourcing at worldwide level
Requirements
- Strong service design background and good understanding of process architecture.
- Good understanding of Lead to Contract (L2C), Order to Cash (O2C), Trouble to Resolve (T2R) and Usage to Cash (U2C) journeys is a must.
- Strong knowledge and experience in customer journey process flows.
- Excellent Communication, Facilitation & Consultancy skills
- Ability to understand customer journey encompassing Fulfilment, Assurance and billing and Processes in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas to enable delivery of product requirements
- Awareness on Order Management / Service Provision processes and Service Assurance processes is a must.
- Exposure working on UC (Unified Communications), Contact Centre and, fixed connectivity, 5G, cloud services, security products would be good.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodology.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and principles.
- Good knowledge of eTOM/Business Process Framework would be good to have.
- Strong interpersonal skills including problem solving, stakeholder management and decision making.
- Understanding of Design Thinking principles would be good to have.
- Customer focused, taking ownership, keen to find innovative solutions and proactive approach.
- Hands on experience in ARIS, Visio, Jira and Confluence would be good to have.
